  • Provides cooperative education placements of part-time students in related vocational work; and offers a Manufacturing Academy for skilled/technical training and apprenticeships
  • Works with Illinois Employment and Training Center agencies (Kane County Dept of Employment and Education, Job Service, Kishwaukee College, and DeKalb County Youth Services Bureau)
  • Operates an Alternative High School in DeKalb offering a variety of vocational programs in electronics and computer maintenance, printing and graphic arts, auto mechanics, nursing, police and fire science, and other basic education
